Everyone cracks jokes on how serious Star Dagger is, but then people turn around and take him way to seriously. I personally find it extremely comical how people react to him, and I'm sure that's why he does it. Sorry if I blew your cover Dagz... is it ok if I call you that? ha

Don't tell me, Dagz requires monthly donations to his ficticiouse Elete group of worriers?

His clan tags could be MW2, just a suggestion!

I voted for Corzine, Gov of NJ now (according to Fox News).
Wait a minute, didn't Corzine banned Fox News from the state of NJ? If I decide to join your squad can you waive my squad fees for a year for my vote in NJ?
Seriously! if you want to create a fun gaming squad, you need to leave politics out of your post.

[quote=Star*Dagger;1238219]Greetings,

I am Star*Dagger, a Romulan officer that is deeply interested in helping you enjoy Shattered Horizons with a team worthy of their name.

I have been playing PC games since 1981 I have played every major FPS and RTS made, as well as the most advanced PC sims like Falcon 4.0 and the Longbow series. The only genre I think I have not played at an elite level in is Sports sims.

I ALMOST HATE TO DO THIS BUT... what were you playing in 1981, the only computers were 8088s the old IBM xt. Commodore also had a basic as well as Texas Instruments. The games you mention are from the 90's.

Also what gaming were you doing with a 300 baud modem?

I have served honorably in the United States Navy as a submariner and have also served in various agencies of the US government. I have been in combat and lead men to success in same. Moreover the difficult work of discerning what to blow up and when to blow it up fell to me more times than I would like to count.

Methinks I smell bullsh**t here. From someone who claims to have been in combat, you seem to be bragging about it a bit much. Submariners did not blow stuff up, SEALs did or maybe you are claiming to be a SEAL now? UDT/DEMO work was something that brave men did and do and dont make these chickensh**t type statements. If you were a SEAL you sure as hell wouldnt be talking about what you were doing because it would have been classified.

I am seriously considering offering my many talents as trainer, leader and visionary for a new clan deploying to the Shattered Horizon simulation. Depending on responses to this post and other factors such as the ultimate quality of this game, we shall see where to go, boldly.
I have trained the best of the best in games such as Starfleet Command (all versions), Jedi Knight (all), EVE Online, Homeworld 2, Supreme Commander (and its predecessor Total Annihilation).
I am best described as Romulan in character, logical but passionate, measured but excessive when the mission calls for it, a tough taskmaster but always just, and a refined taste for elegant simplicity. I envision a tightly run unit of professionals who when they deploy the Horizon Shatters again in anticipation.

You sound more like a 14 year old wanna be nerd than a military type.

Not interested.
As a real vet with real experience, (not I am not bragging or discussing what, how or when) I think this is total BS.
If you want to make political statements go to the proper forums and I will cheerfully debate you all you want.

PS I like Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity too, Right ON!

Do you guys really think our country is in good shape after the last 8 years?

PS: If you think the unemployment rate is the current administrations fault you're wrong.
