Here is how the server auto-kick for team-killers works: It counts the percentage of damage you are doing to friendlies and hostiles. If you have done too much friendly damage when compared to the damage dealt to hostiles, you will get booted and banned for ten minutes from that server. Exact percentage and ban length is configurable from the server. Note that it counts the damage for a while before dishing out a kick so if you accidentally team-kill at the start of the match, you will have time to mend your ways.
If you are kicked for team-killing, you will get just a "Client disconnected" message - we'll improve the feedback in the future. Others will see "[name] was kicked for team-killing".
Note that this is just the first update to take care of the most pressing and easiest-to-fix issues. We will have more information about content expansion pack testing and future patches in the coming weeks.
