This time we have two separate categories:
1) P55 Overclocking
Simple, really. Highest published 3DMark06 scores with a GIGABYTE -motherboard with Intel P55 chipset and Intel CPU submitted within the contest time frame win prizes.
Benchmark needs to be run at default settings, unreleased or engineering sample components not allowed, approved drivers need to be used.
Winning scores need to be published in ORB for verification purposes.
2) 10K Challenge
Score exactly 10000 3DMarks with 3DMark03, 3DMark05, 3DMark06 or 3DMark Vantage.
Hardware requirements: GIGABYTE motherboard with Intel CPU
Approved drivers not required.
SPECIAL ADDITIONAL PRIZE: Due to all the three top prizes being claimed during the first day or so of competition, we're giving away free copies of Shattered Horizon to anyone who publishes a score of exactly 10K and fulfills the contest requirements (while our allocated supplies last, prizes limited to 200 first 10K submits).

In addition we're giving out copies of Shattered Horizon (1/day) and GIGABYTE motherboards to randomly chosen submitters who fulfill the 10K entry criteria and are either registered to ORB or submit their email address in ORB when prompted.

FAQ:
Q: Hey, I'm using Catalyst 9.10. Will that driver be approved for this contest?
A: Catalyst 9.10 is currently in validation testing. If there are no problems, it should be approved during first week of contest.
Q: What about drivers released during contest?
If our verification process is complete before the contest timeframe ends, your result will be considered.
Q: Can I enter with scores submitted before November 1st if I publish them later?
Nope. Scores need to be submitted during November, Finnish time (EET). Also, winning scores also need to be published when the contest period ends for verification.
