Gee....I wish I had the same ability as some here....to be able to better determine HOW and WHEN a project should be released than the staff who is developing it.

Frankly boys and girls, I would rather wait while they polish it up so I get a super-fine benchmarking program than to rush the product because of the impatience of some and end up getting less than the best. Anybody remember Vista?

Hmm not liking the feeling i'm getting about this. Just saw a slide for Vantage with nvidia plastered all over it. Let's see. Physics tests galore in Vantage. Nv announces that their physics solution is up an running and ready for release. TWIMTBP'd? Sure as hell hope not, but if so, so much for competition and a level playing field which I thought the DX10 API was supposed to bring. I sure hope i'm wrong, but if not i'll definitely be watching this one from the sideline.

Strange, I thought the Physics test was for the CPU.

Why are you and others whining about something that you have absolutely no control over? I'm not "sucking up" to anyone here. Just stating the facts. If the damn thing ain't ready, then it ain't ready. In which manual or regulation does it say "Coming Soon" is determined by the customer, not the developer? Where does it say that "Coming Soon" means a specific amount of time? If we tried to rush hardware development the same way I've seen Vantage "rushed" around here, we would all have 8800 Ultras...with 250KB of vid memory. Wait on it.
Now...if Vantage comes out and you think it's crap, THEN you have a right to whine.
