Getting the day started on a good note, Bethesda Softworks has released a new patch (v1.2) for their hit RPG, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Aside from a list of bug fixes, it also includes improved LOD for landscapes and other optimizations. You can grab the 5mb download from any of the following mirrors:

• WorthPlaying

I'm interested in seeing how well the improved LOD system works. If it'll run a little better on my rig, I may have to start up a new character! :)
