We've all heard the silly stories about Grand Theft Auto IV "teaching kids how to drink and drive". Sure, you can get Niko - the character you play - drunk in the game. Should you skip the reasonable option (calling for a taxi), you can also drive while drunk, and the driving does get somewhat hairy while the police tend to get interested as you fumble around. But is it realistic? Kotaku did some empirical testing on that very subject - check out their video.
We here at YouGamers have been fairly unimpressed by the performance of Owen Good in this otherwise hilarious video feature. Drunk after four shots? Completely smashed after eight (or nine, as he can't count)? Some co-workers over here wondered out loud if we should do a "GTA DUI, Finnish style" video to demonstrate how Finnish people really drink and drive (in GTA IV, not the real word, mind you. Driving a real car while drunk is bad, mmkay?). :D
